Headteacher Support Package
At MPNS Associates, with almost half a century of Head Teacher experience collectively, we appreciate the level of challenge that accompanies the role of Head Teacher.
With great changes now appearing as a result of the Education Bill (arising from the White Paper 'The Importance of Teaching'), the challenges continue to grow. What has seemed to shrink over recent times, however, is a range of support for Heads themselves.
Through our core work on coaching and the range of other work we all conduct, we have become acutely aware that this source of support is vital and that this is a service we can supply.
We are able to offer you, as the Head Teacher, a package of support that is about your agenda rather than one that is imposed externally.
This package of support is driven by the notion that you have the skills to deliver the development needs of your school.
Our role would be to offer a professional, experienced and objective colleague to act as a sounding board and source of advice.

We have all been very successful Heads ourselves but have built upon this experience by engaging in a range of other work. As a result we have the following that we can offer:

- Support and advice linked to school improvement and development
- Support for leadership development
- Support with the development of management structures and systems
- Support with workforce remodelling and staff restructuring
- Support with the development of thinking skills & DeBono thinking hats
Product prices
The content and costs for our Head Teacher support package are as follows:
Package A - 1 form entry and below
3 days face to face support during the financial year
(usually taken as 6 half days)
Unlimited email and telephone support
Package B - Above 1 form of entry
4 days face to face support during the financial year
(usually taken in 8 half day units)
Unlimited email and telephone support
Package A - £2300 per financial year (1st April 2011 - 31st March 2012)
Package B - £2900 per financial year (1st April 2011 - 31st March 2012)
