Euan Nicholson, Nanette Paine and Paul Mulot have worked in a range of educational settings and have many years experience of school leadership and coaching.

Company history

MPNS was set up to provide a service to schools and other institutions who want to establish a culture of coaching in their establishment.

We began as an associateship in August 2006 to pool our collective skills and talents to ensure that we can deliver the highest standards to our clients.

Since then we have worked with the whole range of school settings and phases - the feedback has been hugely positive.

Our philosophy is to continually develop our programmes and packages so that they are relevant, fit for purpose and deliver high quality outcomes.
