We have ensured that the focus of our work has stayed strongly linked to our core purpose - the establishment of coaching cultures in schools and educational work settings.
This currently covers the following (all using the MPNS 'MIND' coaching model);
- One to one coaching for Head teachers and Senior Leaders using our Executive Coaching Package
- Coaching Culture Development Programme - our four day programme, helping Leaders establish this approach within their organisations
- A two day introductory programme to support the development of coaching
- Using Coaching within Consultancy Programme - another four day programme that helps consultants gain practical experience of coaching and then develops the use of coaching skills working with clients within a context of consultancy

Product price
Executive Coaching Package
Up to five face to face sessions during the partnership with other contacts via email and telephone.The period of the partnership is usually one academic year.

Coaching Culture Development Programme
The pricing of this will vary according to number of participants, venue etc. but typically the cost for the four day programme (per participant) would be approximately
£1500 - £1750
Please note - per participant refers to the three day taught element of the programme. When run with a group of schools the INSET day (day 4 of the programme) would be included within the above prices.
Coaching in Consultancy Programme
The pricing of this programme is similar to the Coaching Culture Development Programme and would also cost each participant approximately
£1500
Introductory Coaching Programme (two day)
Larger or individual organisations have found this a useful way to begin the development of a coaching approach. This can be a cost effective alternative to sending individuals out to training sessions as a whole team or whole staff can participate at the same time (although we have found the best results are obtained when the maximum size of the group is restricted to 21). Prices would be negotiated with customers (depending upon venues etc.) but would be approximately
£3000 in total for the two days
